Job summary

Prodex (Asia) Limited is seeking a hands-on Merchandising professional in Hong Kong with 4–7 years of hard toys experience. You will manage orders with overseas customers and factories, drive sample development and sourcing, and coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Proactive, detail-oriented candidates who excel in a fast-paced trading/manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply. Fluent English and Mandarin are required, along with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate holder.
• 4-7 years solid merchandising experience in hard toys.
• Experience in order follow up from sampling to production.
• Prior experience in trading or manufacturing company.
• Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded and responsible.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel etc.
• Immediate available would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing with overseas customers, suppliers and factory.
• Responsible for sample development, sourcing material and quotation follow up.
• Follow up production schedules with factory for on time delivery arrangement.
• Provide support on daily merchandising operation and ad hoc duties as assigned.
