• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Strong experience with 3D CAD tools (NX/SolidWorks/Creo) and basic simulation knowledge.
• Solid understanding of precision engineering principles and design methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex engineering challenges.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication in multidisciplinary teams.
