Job summary

First Gold 3.0 Jewellery is seeking a marketing-focused professional to support digital operations, social media management, campaign tracking, and events coordination. You will work across our website and HKTVmall presence, ensuring accurate product updates, pricing, and landing pages, while helping optimize search visibility and campaign performance.

The role involves coordinating content across major platforms, leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency, and supporting on-site VIP events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or event organization.
• Experience in the finance, luxury, or jewellery industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with managing social media platforms. China marketing exposure (Xiaohongshu/WeChat) is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to use AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Digital & E-commerce Operations: assist on website and HKTVmall updates, pricing, and campaign landing pages; support basic SEO.
• Social Media Management: coordinate and schedule daily content across Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat to grow community and brand footprint.
• Campaign & Performance Support: monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track basic metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Events: assist with planning and on-site coordination of VIP brand events.

Job description

Digital & E-commerce Operations:

Assist in managing our official website and HKTVmall presence (product updates, pricing, and campaign landing pages). Support basic SEO optimization to help improve our organic visibility.

Social Media Management:

Coordinate and schedule daily content across local and mainland platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat) to grow our community and expand our brand footprint.

Campaign & Performance Support:

Assist in monitoring paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and tracking basic performance metrics to help the team make data-driven decisions.

Events:

Assist with the planning and on-site coordination of exclusive VIP brand events.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or event organization

Experience in the finance, luxury, or jewellery industry will be an advantage.

Familiarity with managing social media platforms. Any exposure to China marketing (Xiaohongshu/WeChat) , Google Ads and Meta Ads is a great advantage, but not strictly required.

An open mind and willingness to utilize AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.
