Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; a master's degree may be preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, advertising & events or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of HK and MCV insurance market and knowledge of life insurance products is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to understand the market landscape and translate customer needs into marketing initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Team Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including on-ground activations, advertising plans, events, and other promotional activities to enhance Chubb Life’s brand proposition and drive business.
• Initiate marketing events to fit into different distribution channels requirements to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and market trends and translate them into compelling marketing initiatives.
• Develop marketing collateral, including presentations and promotional materials, to convey Chubb Life’s brand propositions and product benefits.
• Support partner-related events from ideation to execution to enhance collaboration and engagement.
• Create and maintain marketing messaging, value propositions, and positioning across channels that resonate with target audiences.
• Ensure distribution channels requirements are communicated to stakeholders and followed up.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
• Incorporate market research insights on customer needs, competition, and industry trends into daily work.
