Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Marketing Communication/Branding, preferably in F&B/retail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns.
• Strong English and Chinese written and spoken skills.
• Independent, multi-tasking, and results-driven team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to build the brand and drive revenues.
• Manage social media presence, content creation, and performance analytics.
• Plan and execute PR, seasonal promotions, partnerships, and events.
• Collaborate with operations to identify marketing needs and partnerships.
• Develop content strategy across social channels to raise brand awareness.
• Monitor budgets and ROI; coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
