ACTS Consulting Co. is recruiting an experienced Managing Director to establish and lead a fund and wealth management business in Central. The role requires a track record in fund setup, strong leadership and multi-asset investment experience, with fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese.

Responsibilities include setting strategic direction, sourcing investment opportunities, overseeing execution of deals, and growing the client base while aiming for superior returns for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in finance, banking, accounting, economics or business.
• MBA, CFA, CPA or LLB are a plus but not mandatory.
• More than 10 years in fund setup and management, with at least 5 years at the director level.

Responsabilités

• Lead fund and wealth management business strategy and execution.
• Source, evaluate and manage investment projects including M&A activity.
• Build and expand the client base and manage partnerships.
• Oversee fundraising for private equity and fund initiatives.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the team.
