As Senior Manager, People & Culture Technology & Solutions, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Act as the principal technology partner for Global People & Culture leaders, Centres of Excellence, regional teams and properties, translating business priorities into technology requirements, solutions and roadmap recommendations.
  • Maintain an integrated view of the People & Culture application portfolio, including platforms, vendors, integrations, data flows, dependencies, lifecycle status, technical risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Own the technical lifecycle, governance, performance and continuous improvement of designated People & Culture applications, including roadmaps, releases, upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment and transition to support.
  • Lead the technical workstreams for People & Culture implementations and transformation initiatives, coordinating business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and implementation partners.
  • Define technical and non-functional requirements covering areas such as architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, integration, data, access, performance, resilience, scalability, monitoring and supportability.
  • Lead the technology components of solution evaluations, requests for information and proposals, demonstrations, proofs of concept, vendor due diligence and third‑party technology risk reviews.
  • Monitor application availability, vendor service levels, incidents, integrations and operational performance, ensuring appropriate ownership, escalation, root‑cause analysis and follow‑through.
  • Lead vendor and contract management for designated applications, including service measures, performance reviews, contractual milestones, product roadmaps, technical risks and improvement actions.
  • Partner with People & Culture stakeholders to improve workforce reporting, data quality, system controls, analytical capabilities and the consistency of data definitions and reporting practices.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, improve colleague and manager self‑service, strengthen controls and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Support technology requirements relating to hotel openings, organisational changes, acquisitions and other Group transformation activities.
  • Work with business, change and learning teams to support the adoption and sustained use of new or enhanced People & Culture solutions.
  • Assess emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence‑enabled solutions, against business value, risk, architecture, security and long‑term supportability.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology Management or a related discipline. Relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous.
