Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced FP&A professional to support cash flow projections during budget and rolling forecasts, collaborating with supply chain finance and treasury teams.

You will identify cash flow risks and opportunities, support sales analytics and profitability analysis, lead FP&A calendar management, and maintain store data, while handling ad hoc analytics. Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• HKICPA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is a strong advantage.
• At least 7 years of working experience in FP&A, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Proficient in financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills across departments.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

• Support the overall cash flow projections during budget and monthly rolling forecast submissions, working closely with supply chain finance and treasury teams
• Identify risks and opportunities on cash flow based on latest sales performance, procurement assumptions and external drivers such as gold price fluctuations
• Support the Group’s sales analytics and profitability margin cause of change vs prior year and budget / forecast
• Lead the FP&A calendar management
• Maintain the store count master data
• Ad hoc streamline projects or analytics led by FP&A as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• HKICPA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is a strong advantage
