Job summary

CLPS Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is seeking a Senior Manager to support the Head of Testing & Release Management in overseeing end-to-end testing and delivery of Change Requests, enhancements, regulatory changes, and production issue resolutions within the eMPF programme.

You will lead testing activities across functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression, MPFA testing, and ensure production readiness, governance, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in Project Management, Testing, QA, or IT Delivery.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale system implementation projects.
• Strong leadership experience in testing, QA, and delivery management.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing methodologies, and release management practices.
• Experience in pension, financial services, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA, test management tools, and defect tracking tools.
• Knowledge of test automation, AI-assisted testing, and Generative AI is an advantage.
• PMP certification preferred; Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large-scale eMPF projects, CRs, enhancements, and production fixes from initiation to implementation.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities, including functional test, SIT, UAT, regression testing, MPFA testing, defect management, and production verification.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work closely with the Release Team Lead to coordinate release planning, deployment activities, go-live support, and production readiness.
• Ensure all testing signoffs, implementation checklists, rollback plans, and release controls are properly completed.
• Coordinate with Business, Development, PMO, Operations, Platform team, eMPF PC and MPFA to drive project delivery.
• Promote adoption of test automation, AI-assisted testing, and quality engineering best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to testing teams and project resources.
