Job summary

CLPS Inc is seeking an experienced CI/CD engineer to build and enhance private on-premises CI/CD pipelines for enterprise apps. You will ensure secure, efficient delivery by integrating Bitbucket/Jenkins with OpenShift and Oracle DB.

You will deploy and operate apps across Nginx, MuleSoft API Gateway, RHSSO, and container platforms, while embedding security controls with CyberArk and Vault. Strong troubleshooting and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in DevOps and 2+ years hands-on CI/CD experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience deploying apps in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Bitbucket, SonarQube, Jenkins, OpenShift, Oracle DB.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (security compliance).

Responsibilities

Summary

We are looking for an experienced CI/CD engineer with substantial hands‑on expertise to establish and enhance CI/CD pipelines within a private on‑premises cloud environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and a proven history of successfully implementing and managing software deployment processes for enterprise‑level applications, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable delivery.

Job Responsibilities

1. CI/CD Framework Development

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar for deploying Web Applications, Android, and iOS.
• Oversee the integration of CI/CD pipelines with application servers (Red Hat OpenShift) and database servers (Oracle DB).
• Ensure effective version control, automated testing, and smooth software delivery processes.

2. Deployment and Operations

• Manage the software deployment lifecycle for both custom‑built applications and commercial off‑the‑shelf solutions.
• Collaborate with the CI/CD team to deploy, configure, and operate applications on Nginx, MuleSoft API Gateway, Red Hat Directory Server, Red Hat Single Sign‑On (RHSSO), Solace, and OpenShift or equivalent Kubernetes systems.

3. Infrastructure and Tool Integration

• Facilitate seamless integration with private cloud infrastructure while focusing on tools like MuleSoft, CyberArk, HashiCorp, and EFK Logging.
• Utilize Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

4. Security and Compliance

• Implement security measures throughout the CI/CD process.
• Integrate security tools such as CyberArk, Splunk, and HashiCorp Vault to safeguard sensitive credentials and data.

5. Monitoring and Troubleshooting

• Monitor the performance of CI/CD pipelines and application deployments to identify bottlenecks or failures.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during build, testing, or deployment phases.
• Support Application Teams, Testing Teams, and Deployment efforts by ensuring seamless version control as well as environment setup.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years in DevOps and 2+ years hands‑on CI/CD pipeline experience in enterprise environments
• Experience deploying apps in cloud environments
• Proficiency in Bitbucket, SonarQube, Jenkins, OpenShift, Oracle DB
• Proven experience deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (security compliance)
• Familiarity with Nginx, MuleSoft, Solace, RHSSO, Red Hat Directory Server
• Knowledge of security tools: CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Splunk
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities along with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in DevOps practices or technologies such as Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes or relevant security tools are preferred.
