Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, History, Cultural Studies, Heritage, Museum Studies, Project Management or related field.
• Strong experience in arts/culture/public engagement projects.
• 15+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, implementation and review of large-scale projects including exhibitions, public programs and engagement initiatives.
• Drive project execution and oversee all phases to meet objectives, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage project partners, consultants, vendors and stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and track progress against milestones.
• Collaborate across departments and external organisations for seamless delivery.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports, updates, and recommendations for senior management.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations and ensure governance and operational compliance.
• Support additional strategic initiatives and special projects as required.
