Manulife is recruiting to support eMPF-related business initiatives in Hong Kong. This role collaborates across teams to drive new servicing models and to promote adoption of e-services tools for employers and members.

It involves working with internal and external partners to ensure delivery within timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt in a changing environment.

Formación

• Evolving changes and uncertainties in the eMPF requirement and how it incorporates in existing system and future system
• Ability in cooperation with internal peers and external parties (including new vendors) on the development of the business initiatives and new servicing models
• High degree of sense in unforeseen market changes and customer sentiments after eMPF onboarding

Responsabilidades
