KOS International Limited in Central, Hong Kong, seeks a Full-time Senior Client Advisor to deliver premium service in luxury jewellery. You will drive sales, manage client data for clienteling, and uphold brand standards while supporting store operations.

Requires 2–3 years luxury retail experience, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; English is a plus. The role offers commission, double pay, and medical & life insurance benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 2-3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Pleasant, self-motivated, attentive to details and customer service.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; English is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Capture and manage customer data to support clienteling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and premium experience.
• Expand customer base using client registries and client book system.
• Engage customers through follow-ups and events.
• Support store operations including stock takes and audits.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain store security and safeguard assets.
• Contribute to sales growth and brand representation.
