Job summary

HKEX in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst to lead AI-related initiatives and Listing IT workflow projects. You will collaborate with Listing business teams, IT, vendors and stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions, including workflow platforms and AI-enabled use cases.

You will define project scope, governance, testing approaches and rollout plans while ensuring alignment with regulatory and risk controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of combined project management and business analysis experience.
Proven track record in large-scale technology implementation or workflow projects.
Experience in Listing or regulatory systems, case management, or digital transformation is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, data migration, and system interfaces.
Fluency in English and Chinese; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives and Listing IT workflow/projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
Define scope, success measures, delivery roadmap, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
Prepare user guides, training materials and change communications to support adoption.
