Job summary

Hip Shing Hong (Holdings) Company Limited is seeking a Leasing Officer / Senior Leasing Officer to handle leasing enquiries, arrange site inspections with prospective tenants and pursue leasing opportunities across company portfolios.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical and presentation skills, with excellent command of English and Chinese. Office leasing experience is highly preferred; bachelor’s degree in related fields is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Real Estate, Business Management, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers.
• Experience in office leasing is highly preferred.
• Excellent business acumen and commercial sense.
• Familiar with current market condition and business trend.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Positive and open-minded approach when facing challenges.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle Leasing enquiries, arrange and conduct site inspections with prospective tenants and follow up on leasing opportunities for Company Portfolios.
• Liaise and negotiate with existing tenants on lease renewals, terms and related documentation; build and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants, prospective tenants and property agents.
• Initiate, coordinate and executive leasing-related promotional programmes to support tenant attraction and occupancy objectives.
• Monitor and review leasing performance, market conditions, occupancy status and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and ensure timely and high-quality execution of leasing matters.
