Job summary

Hylax Technology Pte Ltd is seeking Software Engineers to develop advanced machine control software for industrial laser applications, including laser control, material handling, automation, and vision software for product recognition, positioning, and verification.

Senior engineers will lead teams on global client projects, with responsibilities spanning real-time control, embedded systems, and CNN/ML-driven vision applications. Occasional travel to support customers worldwide is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Visual C++, C#, Python and .NET (Visual Studio).
• Familiarity with C# libraries, and image processing.
• Knowledge of machine learning (especially deep learning in vision) is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (senior role available for experienced candidates).
• Fresh graduates with excellent academic results and strong interest in laser machine development are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop software in C#, C++, and Python for laser systems and automation.
• Work with embedded systems and processors for real-time control.
• Build and enhance vision applications; knowledge of CNN & ML is a plus.
• For senior roles: supervise engineers, manage projects, and deliver innovative client solutions.
• Support customers worldwide (occasional travel required).
