Peoplebank Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior KDB+/q Quantitative Developer to drive the performance and evolution of a global eRisk analytics platform in Hong Kong. Qualifications

• In-depth expertise in q programming and KDB+ architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with massive market and trade datasets.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing (TDD/BDD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop components for global FX MI and analytics platform.
• Architect scalable tick data access, feed handlers, and high-throughput analytics.
• Implement API-based functionalities across tools and shared services.
• Collaborate with quants and electronic trading engineers to translate business logic into production solutions.
• Automate metrics, build pipelines, and testing workflows for daily releases.
• Optimize query execution and reliability across large-scale distributed architectures.
• Expand and maintain common software components and public APIs.
• Support rapid production deployment cycles across hundreds of trading services.
