Job Highlights

You will get exposures to SFC and Money Service Operators (MSO) licensed businesses and opportunities of and experiences in supporting / serving seasoned finance professionals, especially in asset management and MSO. As you accumulate relevant experience, career path may be widened to include experiences in SFC licensed business functions and becoming a SFC type 4 and 9 licensed representative.

Job Duties

• Performing duties and / or producing deliverables for supporting compliance functions.
• Keeping abreast of regulatory developments of SFC and MSO licensed businesses.
• Finance & Administration
• Performing duties and / or producing deliverables for supporting finance and / or administrative functions.
• Performing duties and / or producing deliverables for supporting fund operation functions, sales activities and business development of the firm.
• Liaising and coordination with service providers to provide timely and quality support on asset management business functions, e.g. overseas compliance advisors, lawyers, brokers, custodians, bankers, accountants, auditors, tax advisors, company secretaries, etc.
• Owning and performing assigned tasks, and taking initiatives to back up supervisors to perform duties not assigned whenever necessary to deliver client-service-focused products or services as a team.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder of Law, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or majors in related fields are preferred.
• 1+ years of legal, compliance and / or audit experiences are advantageous, while fresh graduates demonstrating required attitude and credentials will also be considered.

Working Hours

• 09:00-18:00 (5 days per week)
• Bank holidays off

This role begins onsite to support team integration, with potential for hybrid/remote arrangements post-probation based on business needs and subject to management's approval.
