Job summary
M800 is seeking an experienced server-side Java developer in Hong Kong to design and implement scalable communications systems. You will prepare technical documentation and maintain existing components, while collaborating closely with the team on new technology adoption.
The role requires 5+ years in server-side development, strong Java skills, and fluency in English. A 5-day work week, medical benefits, and fringe benefits are offered to the right candidate.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in server side applications.
- Strong knowledge of JAVA.
- Experience with version control tools (GIT, SVN) is a must.
- Experience with build tools (Gradle, Maven) and build systems (Jenkins, Hudson) is a plus.
- Experience with SIP, SMPP or XMPP is a definite plus.
- Experience with application profiling and performance tuning is a plus.
- Dependable and good team player.
- Desire to learn and work with new technologies.
- Fluent in English is a must.
