Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Java Senior Developer / System Analyst to join a well-established System Integrator on a large-scale enterprise project in Hong Kong. This hands-on role focuses on high-performance backend systems, microservices and integration across complex environments.

You will design, develop and optimize robust solutions for clients, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java development with Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices and messaging platforms (Kafka/MQ).
• Strong backend development and system design experience.
• Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Experience on large-scale enterprise or client-facing projects preferred.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance Java backend applications and services
• Build and maintain real-time, high-throughput systems
• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust solutions
• Lead technical design, participate in code reviews and support production issue resolution
• Analyse and optimise application performance, scalability and reliability
• Contribute to technical standards, development practices and overall solution quality
