Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a VP IT Security & Technology Risk to lead IT risk management across the Technology department in Hong Kong. You will identify, assess and monitor technology risks, maintain risk records, and prepare updates for senior stakeholders.

The role requires working with Technology teams to ensure consistent risk assessment practices and to drive improvements in IT risk management processes within the financial services sector in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT risk management across technology domains.
• Ability to maintain risk registers and action tracking.
• Ability to prepare concise IT risk reports for stakeholders.
• Understanding of technology activities and operational risk impacts.
• Ability to review risk information and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT risk management activities across the Technology department to maintain oversight of technology-related risks.
• Identify and assess IT risks and communicate potential impacts on technology operations.
• Maintain risk records and documentation for decision-making.
• Monitor IT risk items and follow up on actions to support risk treatment.
• Prepare clear risk updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to gather risk information and promote consistent assessments.
• Review changes in technology activities to identify new or changing IT risk considerations.
• Contribute to improvements in IT risk management processes and reporting.
