Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a (Senior) Manager, IT Governance and Risk Management to lead risk identification, assessment and reporting across IT, ensuring controls are effective and aligned with business goals. You will drive risk mitigation actions with Technology teams in a dynamic insurance environment.

Formación

• Experience identifying, assessing and documenting IT risks.
• Experience maintaining risk registers, risk assessments and reporting.
• Ability to review tech changes from an IT risk perspective.
• Knowledge of IT controls and impact of gaps.
• Ability to analyse risk information for management review.
• Experience tracking risk mitigation actions with Technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and assess technology-related risks across systems, processes and projects.
• Maintain IT risk registers and ensure risk information is current and clear.
• Monitor risk indicators and flag emerging issues to stakeholders.
• Prepare risk reports to support timely management review.
• Document risk controls with Technology teams and track mitigation actions.
• Review technology changes/projects for potential IT risk impacts.
• Coordinate follow-up actions for IT risk matters and update status.
• Contribute to ongoing IT risk management process improvements.
