LVMH Fashion Group APAC in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Internal Controls professional to lead the ERICA annual assessment, align action plans with business owners, and independently test control design and effectiveness.

You will develop audit roadmaps, conduct store and HQ audits across Greater China, address weaknesses, and keep management informed of progress while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or management controlling.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with an audit firm and internal audit/internal control.
• Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERICA annual control assessment campaign and test design and efficiency of controls.
• Define and align action plans to address control deficiencies and ensure timely closure.
• Develop and monitor an audit roadmap targeting primary risks.
• Conduct store audits and HQ audits across Greater China.
• Address weaknesses with follow-up plans and oversight.
