Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or management controlling.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with an audit firm and internal audit/internal control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with multi-priority management.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Willingness to travel frequently across Greater China.

Responsibilities

• Internal Control (50%): Lead the annual ERICA control assessment, test design and effectiveness of controls, align action plans and ensure timely closure.
• Audit (30%): Develop annual audit roadmap, conduct store and HQ audits, address weaknesses with follow-up plans.
• Other Responsibilities (20%): Perform ad-hoc tasks related to compliance or risk assessment.
