Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant audit, risk or IT audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of risk-based auditing, internal controls, governance and audit reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics and digital audit tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee risk-based internal audit and advisory engagements across diverse businesses within the Swire Pacific Group.
• Plan, manage and oversee audit assignments, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and completed per IA methodology.
• Coach and develop audit team members through supervision, feedback and capability-building initiatives.
• Communicate audit findings and practical recommendations to stakeholders and prepare audit reports and updates.
