Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management or related area.
Strong knowledge of risk-based auditing, internal controls and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead risk-based internal audit and advisory engagements across diverse Swire Pacific Group companies.
Plan, manage and oversee audit assignments to high standards under the Group Internal Audit methodology.
Coach and develop audit teams through supervision, feedback and capability-building initiatives.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders with practical, solutions-focused reports.
