Job summary

FK Concept is seeking an experienced project professional to manage and supervise internal office interior projects, ensuring progress and alignment with design intent. You will coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors to guarantee quality and timely delivery, conduct site visits, check contractor work for compliance, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

The candidate should hold a degree in related disciplines, have at least 5 years' experience, be fluent in English

Qualifications

• Degree holder in related disciplines.
• At least 5 years in related fields.
• Able to handle interior decoration projects independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage & supervise overall planning & projects progress of interior office projects.
• Coordinate with internal parties, external consultants and vendors to ensure quality of project’s delivery.
• Conduct site visits and report relevant monitoring issue.
• Check work done by contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements & specifications.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required.
