Job summary

HOMIC DECOR in Wan Chai is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead design and documentation for diverse projects, from retail to hotels. You will produce interior design and construction drawings and coordinate with MEP and structural teams.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience, a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, and strong AutoCAD/SketchUp skills; English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency is required. This on-site role offers close collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related discipline.
• 2-5 years as Interior Designer with construction drawing experience.
• Residential project design and build experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Produce interior design and construction drawing documentation for diverse projects (retail, F&B, hotel, residential, commercial).

Job description

Responsible for integrating architectural, M&E and structural drawings with accuracy.

Collaborate with the project team in shop drawing review.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related discipline.
• 2-5 years' experience working as an Interior Designer in an Interior Design / Design & Build Contractor firm with experience in construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering will be an advantage.
• Residential project design and build experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with fluency in both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good time management.
