Job summary
LAAB Limited in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, invites applications for Interior Designer (Senior / Mid / Assistant). The successful candidate will work on interior design projects from concept to execution, produce AutoCAD drawings, and coordinate with sub-contractors and site surveys.
Five-day work week with 10 days of annual leave, an attractive basic salary plus incentive bonus, plus flexible hours and marriage leave; proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus, and immediate availability is
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design or related field.
- AutoCAD drawing is a MUST.
- Proficient in SketchUp; Photoshop is an advantage.
- Site coordination & project management experience is preferred.
- Responsible for AutoCAD drawing, sub-contractor coordination, site survey, etc.
- Good command of English and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, initiative and able to work under pressure.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
