Job summary

INdulge Design in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead concept development and detailed design for hospitality and high-end interiors, ensuring a clear narrative and strong sense of place.

You will coordinate space planning, prepare presentations, select FF&E, and supervise documentation from schematic design through construction, while mentoring junior designers and supporting brand direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Proven hospitality, F&B or spa project experience.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and detailed design for hospitality projects.
• Coordinate space planning and technical drawings with consultants.
• Prepare presentations and oversee FF&E selection and documentation.
