Job summary

Spatial Concept Limited seeks an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead concept design for corporate spaces in Hong Kong. You will drive layouts, material selections, and detailed documentation while guiding teams and communicating design goals to clients.

With 8+ years in corporate interior design, you will manage projects from concept to construction, collaborate with consultants, and present compelling proposals in English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years (senior position) / 2 years of experience in corporate interior design.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of innovative concept designs aligned with client requirements and trends.
• Develop and optimize spatial layouts to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
• Oversee progression from concept to detailed design, selecting materials and finishes.
• Build and maintain client relationships and communicate design ideas clearly.
