Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks creative Interior Designers to work on workplace/office projects for high-profile clients. You will collaborate with project teams, translate concepts into detailed SketchUp models, and manage documentation.

Requirements include a design degree, 3+ years in corporate interiors, and strong CAD/creative skills. Cantonese is preferred. This role offers opportunities with an award-winning, international firm in a vibrant market.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in corporate/workplace interiors.
Interior design degree or diploma.
Strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production.
Experience in workplace/office design.
Experience in space planning, conceptual design and sketching.
Furniture and materials awareness.
Proficient with PC and design software; AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, etc.
Written and spoken English; Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to discuss/understand project requirements and ideas (the brief).
Support the lead designer in interpreting/developing concepts that meet the client brief and budget.
Translate initial concepts into detailed SketchUp models.
Manage drawing documentation.
Prepare proposed colour schemes and ideas.
Source and specify fittings, furniture, fabrics and finishes.
