We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Leader to join a dynamic hospitality and lifestyle design practice based in Hong Kong. This is a senior, client-facing role for a design professional who thrives on leading creative teams and building strong, trusted relationships with clients throughout the design journey.

You will take ownership of the design vision and delivery across 2-3 concurrent client accounts, spanning hotels, restaurants, members' clubs, wellness spaces, or other lifestyle-driven environments. This role is designed for a design-first leader - you will not be responsible for contract negotiation, procurement, or financial management, allowing you to focus fully on design excellence, team leadership, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, guiding concept development through to design execution
• Act as the primary creative and client-facing contact for 2-3 key accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships
• Present design concepts, mood boards, and schemes confidently to clients and stakeholders
• Translate client briefs and brand narratives into compelling, on-brand interior design concepts
• Oversee design quality and consistency across all stages of a project (concept, schematic, design development)
• Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure creative vision is delivered on time and to a high standard
• Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers
• Stay current with hospitality and lifestyle design trends, materials, and innovations

About You

• Proven experience in a senior interior design role within hospitality, hotels, F&B, or lifestyle sectors
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a design team
• Strong track record managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills — confident engaging with senior client stakeholders
• A strong design portfolio showcasing creative concept development and hospitality/lifestyle projects
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hong Kong
• Fluency in English required; Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage
