Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, is expanding its Insurance practice in Hong Kong. As a Senior Consultant on the Insurance team, you will lead delivery across Life, Pensions, General Insurance and digital transformation initiatives for multinational clients.You will work with senior leads to shape strategy, design operating models, and drive data and process improvements while operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values initiative and client impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry with a focus on digital transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution and/or Claims.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for insurance workstreams within Capco's Insurance team.
• Collaborate to develop solutions across technology, people and process for clients.
• Drive digital transformation strategies and operating model design for insurers.
