A well-established public enterprise in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager. You will oversee IT infrastructure projects, ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timescales and budgets. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of IT experience, with substantial project management background in large-scale projects. Strong project management skills and effective communication in English and Chinese are essential. This position offers a direct contract for 3 years, renewable with benefits and bonus.

Formación

• At least 10 years of experience in an IT environment.
• 5+ years in project management of medium to large scale IT Infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure technical domains.

Responsabilidades

• Be accountable to the project sponsors for deliverables within timescale and budget.
• Create and manage the project budget and IT project plan.
• Implement appropriate change management processes.
