Job summary

A Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Hong Kong will oversee the company’s technology environment, including Windows servers, AD, networking and cloud services. You will manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Entra ID, plus AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM) and Cloudflare protections.

The role requires strong security, disaster recovery planning and vendor coordination. You will act as a senior escalation point for IT operations, guide support staff, and ensure documentation, inventories

Qualifications

7+ years hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
Strong Windows Server & AD administration skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operation of technology environment including Windows servers, AD, networking and storage.
Manage Microsoft cloud services (Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID).
Own AWS environment (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM) with security controls.
Maintain network connectivity (firewalls, VPNs, switches, wireless).
Strengthen IT security posture via vulnerability management and incident response.
Administer Cloudflare DNS/SSL/WAF for externally facing services.
Lead infrastructure improvement initiatives and MSP/vendor engagements.
Act as senior escalation point for Level 2/3 IT support and DR readiness.
