DKSH is seeking a seasoned business developer with deep healthcare industry experience to proactively source and secure new clients in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and OTC/Consumer Health in Hong Kong. The role requires strong analytical abilities, client-facing skills, and a track record in managing end-to-end business development initiatives.

You will support expansion strategies, participate in RFPs, and conduct profitability analyses for new BD deals.

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder in Science, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or OTC/Consumer Health, preferably in sales, marketing, key account management, or business development roles.
• Presentable with good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Organized, mature and able to work under pressure and independently in a dynamic working environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Aufgaben

• Proactive hunting of new clients in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals and OTC/Consumer Health arena
• Support the execution of country/product expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
• Participate in RFPs, meetings and preparation of presentation materials to facilitate negotiations with potential clients/customers
• Run financial analysis on predicted profitability for new BD deals
• Manage contract negotiations with new clients in accordance with company's contract guidelines
• Conduct research/feasibility studies to gain better understanding of the latest market opportunities
• Update and maintain BD activities in company assigned CRM platform
• Respond to queries from potential clients/customers in supporting business development activities
