Qualifications

• 7–10 years in healthcare analytics, data science, or health tech.
• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement healthcare analytics solutions from start to finish.
• Analyze healthcare data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that clients rely on.
• Partner with clients to understand their needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Work with engineers, data scientists, and other teams to deliver quality results.
• Train clients and internal teams on how to use analytics effectively.
• Support innovation by identifying new ways analytics and AI can add value.
