Job summary

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) invites applications for a Senior Business Management Officer in the Vice President and Corporate Secretary Office. The role provides operational coordination and planning support to VPSEC, facilitating workflow across functions and ensuring timely briefing and internal deliverables.

You will monitor business plans and budgets, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and liaise with stakeholders inside and outside the Bank.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant working experience in business management, economics, or international relations.
• Master\'s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, public administration, international relations, project management, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in international or national organizations or in the multilateral governance area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance-related substantive support within the VPSEC office, including research, analysis, and recommendations.
• Undertake focused research on cross-cutting institutional issues and synthesize outputs for VPSEC.
• Advise internal teams on timelines and deliverables, and facilitate cross-departmental information flow.
• Maintain governance documentation and records to support consistency and continuity of VPSEC work.
• Review briefing notes, presentation materials, and data summaries in support of VPSEC.
• Perform other duties as assigned by VPSEC.
