Job summary

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing seeks a Manager - Operational Policy to lead the Operational Policy team within the Portfolio and Results Department. The role provides technical leadership for the bank's policy framework and directs development, simplification and interpretation of policies and processes.

You will manage a team of over 10 staff and coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualifications

Master's degree in law, finance, economics, development studies, business administration and/or related fields is essential.
Substantial experience in developing, reviewing, interpreting or implementing operational policies.
Strong understanding of the project cycle and investment operations.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex work programs.
Excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership on operational policy development, updates and interpretations.
Lead development, review and updating of operational policies, directives and guidance.
Ensure policy framework remains coherent, relevant and aligned with Bank strategy.
Advise management on interpretation and application of operational policies.
Lead a high-performing policy team and manage priorities and resources.
Represent the department in engagements with shareholders, clients and partners.
