Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of internal audit experience in financial institutions or similar organizations.
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• CIA, CPA, or CISA qualifications are advantageous.
• Fluency in English; strong governance, risk management, and internal control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refresh a comprehensive, risk-based internal audit plan.
• Lead enterprise-wide and engagement-level risk assessments.
• Deliver clear audit reports to senior management and Audit and Risk Committee.
• Coach and develop audit staff and engagement teams.
• Promote data analytics and AI-enabled techniques in internal audit.
