TEKsystems is sourcing a Software Engineer for a Global Bank to join a Front Office FX trading platform expansion into APAC from EMEA. You will work with traders and sales to deliver low-latency trading solutions and connectivity components in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, and China.

The role requires 8+ years of Java development, strong Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Microservices, and experience with FIX, market data, and trading venues.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Financial Services experience is essential.
• Experience supporting Front Office trading systems and connectivity platforms (FIX, market data, trading venue or liquidity provider integration).

Aufgaben

• Develop and enhance Front Office trading applications using Java 11, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
• Support the APAC rollout of the bank's global FX platform.
• Build and maintain connectivity solutions including trading venues, market data feeds, liquidity providers, and internal trading systems.
• Design scalable, event-driven applications and low-latency trading components.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office users, BAs, and global technology teams.
• Provide occasional L3 support (10-20%); majority of the role is hands-on development.
