Job summary

Pure Search is assisting a fast-growing Asia-based insurance broker in Hong Kong to hire a senior FP&A professional. You will report to the CFO and lead financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting across lines of business.

You will analyze P&L, revenue, commissions, and expenses; build dashboards; oversee forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for the executive team. The ideal candidate holds a finance degree with 5–8 years of FP&A, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting or related field
• Solid financial reporting and accounting experience; FP&A experience preferred
• Experience calculating commission-related data; insurance background a plus
• Due diligence experience; Big 4 background a plus
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• P&L and revenue analysis across lines of business (general and long-term insurance)
• Budgeting and forecasting: annual budgets, rolling forecasts, strategic planning
• Management reporting & dashboards for C-suite and leadership
• Expense management & cost optimization: monitor overheads, staff incentives, and office costs in HK
