Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our client's interior fit-out team. The role involves coordinating with client reps, engineers and subcontractors to sequence works and address site installation issues.

You will conduct regular site inspections, report progress and non-conformities to the project manager, and forecast progress with subcontractors to ensure adequate labour. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Site supervision experience in construction or renovation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with client representatives.

Responsibilities

Our client is full main Contractor and Construction Management Company with headquarter in Hong Kong, one of the regions foremost Contractors specialising in interior fit‑out, they are currently seeking for a Site Foremen / Site Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Site coordination with Client Representatives, Consulting Engineer and Subcontractors to coordinate sequence of works, and tackle all technical issues regarding to site installation
• Conduct regular site inspection and report to the project manager / engineer the progress of work, and any non-conformity in related to material delivered, work compliance to contract, drawing and workmanship
• Forecast and review progress of work and coordinate with subcontractor to ensure sufficient labour force

Requirements:

• Higher certificate holder or above in related discipline
• Recognized trade qualification in building / construction works
• Minimum 5 years' site supervision construction or renovation or A&A works or relevant experience
• Holder of REW is preferable
• Hard working and self-motivated
• Strong leadership and communication skills
