Job summary

Veolia Hong Kong Holding Limited, a leader in ecological transformation, is seeking an experienced Finance FP&A Manager in Quarry Bay to lead GL data management, month-end close, and reporting for regional projects.

You will oversee budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and compliance with HKFRS, requiring 8–10 years in accounting/finance, SAP/Oracle proficiency, and strong Excel skills; fluency in Chinese, Cantonese and English is essential, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years accounting/finance experience with at least 3 years FP&A.
• Deep understanding of general accounting, project costing, and HK tax regulations.
• Hands-on GL management and complex data analysis; ERP familiarity and advanced Excel.
• Experience operating YYNC system is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, and English; able to collaborate across sites.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on GL & Data Management: manage GL and financial data.
• Financial Control & Reporting: maintain books, close cycles, variance analysis.
• Project Cost Control: monitor project expenditures and variations.
• Cash Flow Management: manage treasury, invoicing, cash forecasts.
• Compliance & Audit: HKFRS compliance and liaise with auditors.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: prepare budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
