Job summary

Beyond Horizon Group is seeking a qualified finance professional to prepare and maintain daily financial records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, compliance and timely reporting. You will analyze financial performance, budgets and key drivers, provide actionable recommendations on cost control and resource optimization, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

The role requires strong Mandarin and English communication, 4–6 years of experience, CPA/ACCA or Big 4 background, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CPA/ACCA or Big 4 experience is required or highly preferred.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks and Excel.
• Fluent Mandarin and English with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily financial records and accounting data with accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports for senior management.
• Ensure governance and external audit requirements are met and maintained.

Job description

Prepare and maintain daily financial records and accounting data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, compliance, and timely reporting.

Analyze financial performance, costs, budgets, and key business drivers, providing actionable recommendations on cost control and resource optimization based on the business stage, particularly during the incubation and growth phases.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reports to support senior management in business and strategic decision-making.

Ensure financial processes and reporting comply with company governance requirements and external audit requirements.

Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and reconciliation, identify key financial risks and issues, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.

Support the establishment and improvement of financial processes and reporting frameworks for new businesses, from the initial incubation stage through business growth and scaling.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

4-6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, external audit experience is a must.

Professional qualification in Accounting (CPA, ACCA,...) or experience in big 4 accounting firms.

Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, internal controls, and financial planning.

Proficient in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

Strong Mandarin and English communication, execution, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
