Job summary

Cambridge GaN Devices Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer for the APAC team. You will bridge customers, engineering and sales, supporting GaN power devices in demanding applications.

Based in Hong Kong with hybrid options, you will promote CGD products, deliver trainings, resolve issues, and contribute to the regional technical roadmap through customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong background in SMPS engineering.
• Proven FAE experience in a semiconductor company.
• Familiar with TPFC, PFC+LLC and Flyback topologies.
• Experience in high-power applications (>2 kW).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote CGD products and support demand creation in APAC.
• Provide technical training, user guides, demonstrations, and seminars.
• Solve technical issues for customers.
• Provide technical support to distributors to enable business.
• Collect application trends and data to shape future roadmap.
