Job summary

Deloitte China Clients & Industries in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Expert Professional / Principal Professional to drive growth in the FSI sector. You will develop industry campaigns, coordinate thought leadership, and support cross-functional teams across regions.

The role requires strong communication, senior stakeholder engagement, and ability to manage budgets and performance reporting while shaping the HK FSI footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with knowledge and experience in financial services industry.
• Fluent in written & oral English and Chinese Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with team members in Hong Kong and overseas through email, virtual meetings and face-to-face meetings.
• 5-6 years of working experience in Business Consulting and/or Marketing, experience in corporate communication, copywriting, digital marketing and/or project management is preferable.
• Good financial and business acumen.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate, to communicate and resolve complex issues.
• Proactive, responsible, and excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Technical skills required: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work across businesses to develop FSI industry-specific campaigns, services, solutions and related materials.
• Work across businesses to support HK FSI thought leadership development and eminence building.
• Coordination and other support for thought leadership development, navigate industry network to identify internal/external resources to contribute to thought leadership development.
• External and internal thought leadership marketing including media events, social media release, client promotion, internal Thought Ware communication etc.
• Support industry/sector leadership to drive sector priority accounts' development and develop other industry key accounts.
• Liaise with global/AP industry teams to drive cross-PF/MF collaboration.
• Develop sense of community across HK FSI organization through regular communications (HK FSI Digest) and related meetings.
• Assist in HK FSI financial planning and presentations, monitor and coordinate industry expenses budget.
• Prepare monthly performance report for HK FSI and sectors, as well as ad hoc report and analysis requests from relevant stakeholders (e.g. HK Leap, AP One FSI).
• Internal meeting organization, preparation of meeting papers, support, and attendance for specific industry sectors.

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
