Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced middleware specialist to lead the design, deployment and administration of enterprise messaging systems. You will install, configure, migrate and troubleshoot MQ environments to ensure high availability and scalable connectivity across applications.

Collaborate with developers and analysts to translate requirements into robust middleware designs, while maintaining strong documentation and security practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of middleware and SOA experience.
• Strong knowledge of messaging paradigms (pub/sub, point-to-point).
• Proven MQ installation, migration, configuration, and L3 troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and administration of enterprise messaging systems and workflows.
• Install, configure, migrate, troubleshoot, and administer MQ environments to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to translate requirements into middleware designs.
• Build reusable integration foundations and connectivity frameworks for scalability.
• Provide security/domain expertise across the middleware infrastructure.
• Proactively manage team resources and workload priorities to meet efficiency targets.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and system configuration records.
