Develop migration plans and strategies for on-premise applications to cloud platforms.
Design and analyze on-premise middleware infrastructure solutions to cloud platforms.
Develop and maintain a cloud based middleware that is scalable, secure, and efficient.
Ensure that cloud application architecture is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in middleware infrastructure and apply them to the cloud architecture.
Design and implement solutions that optimize cost, performance, and security.
Plan, manage and support the span of technology which consist of a range of products and technologies in the Middleware space, such as Web Services, queuing systems, API integration and development.
Act as infrastructure focal point to support the implementation of business application systems.
Manage cloud based and on-premise middleware infrastructure, including monitoring, maintenance, performance tuning, capacity planning and troubleshooting.
Evaluate and implement automation to improve the patching, capacity monitoring, configuration management, data backup/recovery management and disaster recovery strategy.
Assist to evaluate, standardize and define IT policy on cloud-based and on-premises middleware infrastructure.
Conduct cost analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for projects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on middleware infrastructure architecture and design.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Enforce and execute problem and change management procedures.
Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline.
3 years’ in-depth experience in UNIX server, storage, middleware and database implementation and support.
Familiar with common configurations, common problems or technologies for installation, operation and maintenance of one or more of the following middleware products: WAS, WebLogic, Tomcat, Jboss, IBM MQ, Oracle Tuxedo, IBM CICS, Redis, RocketMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Apache, Nginx, IBM WebSphere ESB, Oracle ESB, Dongfangtong Middleware, Polaroid Middleware, Zhongchuang Middleware, Kingdee Middleware, IIS, etc.
Solid experience in server and system software products.
Proficient understanding of cloud computing principles, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Experience with complex on-premise application migration to the cloud.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization.
